Patrick Corsi opened Q4 Ristorante by Quattro (then known as Quattro on Fourth) with his father, Antonio Corsi, in 1994. A 19 year old with a vision, Patrick was determined to redefine Italian dining in Vancouver with the city's original new Italian restaurant.
In 2009 Patrick took over ownership of the restaurant, along with his partner, noted property developer Alex B. Tsakumis of Epta Properties. Together they renamed the restaurant Q4 Ristorante by Quattro to reflect a simplified, modern approach while honoring its roots. In December 2010 the partners opened Q4 al Centro in the heart of downtown Vancouver and in May of 2012 they relocated the original Q4 from its iconic location on W4th Avenue to its bustling new home on West Broadway.
