I have bought at least 5 flats in Hong Kong, set up a company in Vancouver, plus helping my mom sold Her house in Victoria three years ago. All lawyers I have dealt with billed me after the services were completed. I was so surprised when Peter Li asked for Full payment upfront!!! Of coz we paid in full as requested and now ended up getting shitty services!! Shame on him!

My mom has transferred our apartment to my name which should be tax exempt coz we are parent & daughter relationship plus setting a new will. That unprofessional Peter Li took us already more than $3000. Now the land title office sent me a letter needing further info. He replied: I told you it's not guaranteed and any further documents need $300 each!
Of coz I can easily reply the letter by myself but I was just furious about his attitude!! 上次收钱既时候唔系咁，讲到天下无敌，但今日就同我讲冇guarantee!! 收钱后快过四川变脸
